"Kaya" from Kaya Bakery is a Malay term referring to the coconut egg jam, a delicious spread that Chloe grew up with and it's her favourite jam. It can be applied on toast, waffles and can be used as filling for pastries and cakes. "Kaya" also means "rich" in Malay language, the national language of Malaysia.
A data enthusiast by profession, a baker during her leisure time, Chloe would like to take her passion to next level by offering her baked goods to residents of Colorado Springs. She has been baking actively for the past 5 years and all the recipes have been tried and tasted by friends and family :)
Kaya Bakery is a Cottage Food Business and the goods are baked from Chloe's home kitchen in Colorado Springs, Colorado, protected under Colorado Cottage Food Law. To qualify, Chloe had to complete a food safety course and follow specific food and labeling guidelines.

A classic Chinese pastry available in bakeries and dim sum restaurants back in my home country, Malaysia. I grew up eating egg tarts from all over the places and you can never go wrong when it comes to egg tarts from us.
These egg tarts are buttery, crisp and crumbly shells with silky smooth slightly-sweetened egg custard. Best eaten fresh and can stay at room temperature for few days.
From $12 for 6 tarts

Made with freshest ingredients, try out this soft and spongy vanilla swiss roll filled with generous spread of homemade palm sugar pandan kaya.
